An easy way to change your blogspot blogger logo, first click on the tab at the top right side of your site design,
after a new tab and then select it and click on the layout. Here will see the gadget settings, your perspective with the 
blogger logo, favicon, edit, and click the edit box will appear again the small size of the tab as shown below

Upload custom favicon
Select a favicon file. Please use a square image that's less than 100KB.
select one image or your logo and click the save is complete. Go into your blog post Display a list of blogs,changes to your blog.
